Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete a LowRange account and the data stored with it. Use this address for the Google Play account-deletion requirement.

1. Request deletion by email

Email us from the address on the account:

contactus@tervexatech.com

Include:

The email address you use to sign in
Your display name
A clear request to delete the LowRange account and its data

We will confirm the request is from the account owner. We aim to finish deletion within 30 days of that confirmation.

2. What is deleted

Your account (email, display name, and password hash)
Jeeps in your garage, build posts, captions, and uploaded photos
Part installs, ratings, would-buy-again answers, and notes you wrote
Rigs you saved and parts on your wishlist

3. What may remain for a short time

Backup copies until those backups are replaced
Records we are required to keep for legal reasons
